Mary G. Salica joined the Limehouse Veterinary Clinic in 1986. She has served as Office Manager and Clinic Administrator for many of those years.
Mary’s first love is classical homeopathy, and she has studied homeopathy for animals and humans for the last 20 years. Mary had studied with some of the greatest homeopaths of our time. She has studied with Sheilagh Creasy, and Drs. Francisco Eizayaga, Robin Murphy, Andre Saine, Fuller Royal, Robert Milne, Richard Pitcairn and George MaCleod.
Mary has studied Traditional Chinese Medicine at YoSan University, where she received intensive training in acupuncture, tuina, and traditional Chinese herbs. In 1992 she completed an advanced clinical program of acupuncture, Chinese herbs and tuina in Shanghai, China; in 1998, an advanced acupuncture orthopedic training course at Wang Jing Hospital of Beijing College of Acupuncture and Orthopedics, and, in 2001, an advanced course in acupuncture and moxibustion at the Beijing International Acupuncture Training center, P.R.C.
Mary completed her Naturopathic Practitioner Training Program in 1999. She is a Board Certified Naturopath. This program was the first of its kind in California. Mary’s naturopathic education includes intensive training in Homeopathy, Herbology, Naturopathic Toxicology, Blood Chemistry, Therapeutic Nutrition, Aromatherapy and Music Therapy.
Mary lives in Santa Clarita with Walter, her husband and their wonderful family of cats and dogs. She and her husband love their animals and their classic cars. Mary drives a 1976 Corvette and Walter has a 1969 MGB. They also love to travel, and do so whenever
